We make Chicago style thin crust or tavern style pizza. All ingredients are either hand made or hand selected to not contain harmful seed oils, food dyes, or pesticides. We also do not use any pork ingredients so that everyone can enjoy our pizza. Our dough and sauce is vegan. Our dough is fermented for 5 days and cured and made with organic flour so even gluten sensitive people can enjoy it.
