Joe the Boar is a Sarasota-based food truck serving authentic craft barbecue with bold flavors and a rustic Southern flair. Using a custom Beck Built offset smoker, we specialize in slow-smoked brisket, ribs, chicken, and pork, alongside unique sides like Smokehouse Dirty Rice, charred vegetables, and scratch-made pickles. Every dish is made from scratch with carefully sourced ingredients and signature sauces, including our Black Garlic Bourbon Glaze and Chipotle BBQ. With a focus on quality and consistency, Joe the Boar delivers barbecue that’s both traditional and creative. Whether you’re grabbing lunch at the truck, catering an event, or stocking up on our house-made sauces and pickles, Joe the Boar brings smoke, fire, and flavor.
