Rufa, located at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, is an al fresco bar and lounge featuring imaginative cocktails, interactive shareables served tapas style and sunset views of Sarasota Bay. Diners can choose from a selection of Baja California-style dishes. Rufa offers an extensive wine list and one of Sarasota's largest tequila and mezcal menus. Rufa is named after the Rufa Red Knot, a shorebird that winters in the Sarasota region.
