The Empanada Girl Cafe is a fresh chapter in a long-standing Sarasota tradition. Formerly Peperonata Pasta & Empanadas, this local favorite is now proudly owned and operated by The Empanada Girl - serving handmade Argentine empanadas in Sarasota since 2010. We’ve expanded our kitchen's offerings to include a rotating menu of daily prepared foods as well as locally sourced specialty items, while continuing to offer Peperonata Pasta’s renowned fresh pasta, sauces, and ravioli. Stop in for a latte and an empanada to go, grab a meal for dinner, or stock up on handcrafted provisions made with love. Tables are available if you’d like to sit and enjoy, but we’re a casual café and take-home kitchen—not a full-service restaurant.
