Drift Kitchen & Bar is our signature restaurant concept on the 8th floor of our Palm Building, and one of Sarasota’s buzziest restaurants. The dining room features elevated decor and soaring 180-degree floor-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico. Taking inspiration from our view, cuisine features local ingredients with an emphasis on fresh seafood and contemporary American fare.

Rufa, located at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, is an al fresco bar and lounge featuring imaginative cocktails, interactive shareables served tapas style and sunset views of Sarasota Bay. Diners can choose from a selection of Baja California-style dishes. Rufa offers an extensive wine list and one of Sarasota's largest tequila and mezcal menus. Rufa is named after the Rufa Red Knot, a shorebird that winters in the Sarasota region. The restaurant offers a coast-to-coast experience with an ambiance that embodies the resort’s promise of providing guests a life where the land meets the sea. The lounge is located just steps away from downtown Sarasota and is available to non-resort guests. Reservations are accepted on OpenTable but not required.
