Founded in 2020 by Terri Syros King and her son Dimitri Syros, we continue a tradition of hospitality, hard work, and family values inspired by their grandfather’s El Greco Cafe. Guests enjoy scratch made favorites including specialty baked goods, cinnamon rolls, omelettes, and sandwiches, all crafted from family recipes passed down through generations.
