About
Valentino Pizzeria Trattoria opened for business in Sarasota Florida on July 5th, 2006. Our family wanted to create a casual, family-friendly and energetic restaurant that served what we coin Grandma's Italian Food. This simple, authentic and homemade cuisine borrows from every region of Italy, along with a little influence from our Northern New Jersey roots.

We have another location in Bradenton located on State Rd 70, just west of I75.
