HER Fitness Boutique is a women-owned gym in Sarasota established under the HER brand in 2024 by owner Gail McBain, who has owned and operated the gym at this location since 2016. The club offers cardio and strength-training equipment, circuit and functional training, group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, Elite small-group training and cycling, Smart Start fitness assessments with InBody scans, Kids Zone care for children ages 6 months to 12 years, locker rooms, showers and an infrared sauna.

This program is for athletes who have the desire and drive to become competitors and participation is by try-out only. Cheerleaders receive specialized coaching and practice skills necessary to perform routines. We also offer mommy and me, homeschool classes, recreational classes, tumbling lessons and private lessons!
