The Concrete Dojo is an outdoor covered martial arts training center. Owner Instructor, JR Ayers (Ayers Academy) is a former US Military European Bare Knuckle Karate Champion. In 2024 at age 59 he won 2nd Place in the World Martial Art Championships in the Men's 35 Year Old Fighting Division. JR started his martial arts training in 1980 and has 3 Black Belts, (3 Different Disciplines).

Lee’s Traditional Taekwondo was founded in 1992 by Olympic coach Grandmaster Dae Hoon Lee. Grandmaster Lee was born in Korea and a member of the U.S. Olympic team. He has over 50 years of experience in training and teaching martial arts and continues to share his expertise and knowledge in Taekwondo. The focus of our martial arts school is on character development, self-defense, and physical fitness rather than on fighting. Our overarching goal is in building our student’s focus and confidence. We provide Taekwondo and martial arts programs for all age groups and skill levels.
