Every client receives a comprehensive intake, custom programming, and monthly body analysis composition tracking. We measure real progress - muscle, fat, bone density, and metabolic age. Welcome to LFT Gym, premiere functional fitness gym. At LFT, community is everything and our top priority is providing you with a safe, joyful and fun experience. We have athletes of all experience levels: some brand new; some who have been doing “fitness” for years. There is a place for each and every one of you. ​ LFT's flagship location is located in Sarasota, FL and is one of the city's original fitness facilities, opening their doors in 2009. Over the years, founder Kelli Sweeting, has cultivated a community of inclusion, growing and expanding her foundation. Our belief is that fitness should be fun and safe while maintaining the goal of longevity and health in the LFT programming.
