About
We are a family owned and operated BJJ academy. We offer adult BJJ classes 3 times per day. We have kids BJJ 3 times per week, split into age groups, and offer Kids Striking on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Women only workshops on Saturdays at 10am. Kickboxing Tues nights and Friday mornings. We have a complete facility with strength and fitness equipment, and changing rooms with showers. EVERYONE is welcome here.
