As an ATA-certified Taekwondo school, we offer programs for every age and skill level - from preschoolers building focus and coordination to teens and adults training for fitness, confidence and self-defense. All of our instructors are nationally certified in the American Taekwondo Association (ATA), and while we constantly train in our traditional practice of Songahm Taekwondo, our goal is to instill confidence, humility, leadership, and respect into our students.
