Teaching the Pilates method in Sarasota since 1994, Dynamic Fitness offers an intimate and professional atmosphere for our Pilates students. Our Pilates Studio encourages personal training in the Pilates method in the traditional manner it was meant to be taught. Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with the traditional Pilates apparatus including the Pilates Reformer, the Cadillac (a.k.a. the Trapeze Table), the Ladder Barrel, The Guillotine, and the Wunda Chair. We are the only studio in Sarasota that can have multiple clients and workouts simultaneously. Our instructors are NYC trained and have completed 600 hours of education and formal testing in order to achieve certification as Pilates instructors.
