About

If you want to feel better about yourself and how you communicate—closer to others, more fulfilled—but something always feels off... Maybe you overthink, over-give, feel unheard or alone. Maybe you don’t feel understood, respected, or safe. My process helps uncover and correct the root issue - through attachment theory, belief clearing, parts work, and inner child healing, so you’ll finally change your automatic reactions, feelings and thoughts. This is where true change begins—where emotional safety is rebuilt, nervous system patterns reset, and a healthier version of you is restored. Virtual and in-person sessions available at The Self-Care Center on Venice Island, FL. Book a complimentary consult to explore how this work feels.
