We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic servicing North Port, Port Charlotte, Englewood and Venice. We specialize in treating conditions like neck and back pain, sciatica, tendinitis, shoulder pain, knee pain, arthritis, sports injuries, balance disorders, vertigo, stroke and other neurological disorders and work related injuries. We also offer lymphedema treatment. We give individualized, hands-on, one on one care. We take most insurances but also offer private pay option if you do not have insurance coverage. Patients expect to enter a warm and welcoming environment where they can feel at ease and speak candidly about their concerns. We are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F. We are located at second floor of North Port Commons
