Using therapeutic instruments such as crystal/Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks & voice, sessions help calm the nervous system, promote circulation & support the body’s natural healing process. Clients have reported relief from stress, sleep problems & physical discomforts such as sciatica, arthritis, headaches & chronic tension. Each session takes place in a peaceful, one-on-one environment. Lucy is a certified Advanced Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Sound Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and lifelong musician, combining science & intuition in a grounded, nurturing approach.
