About
Miracle Swimming is a state-of-the-art system of transformation from fear to confidence in water, shallow and deep. Gentle, infallible, and proven for over 40 years, this system for adults begins on land, continues in shallow water, then deep, then in open water. Learn your buoyancy, how the water works, and how to be yourself in it. In-person courses in the pool and ocean; book, video, podcast, DIY kit, YouTube channel. Founded by Melon Dash in 1983, 7,000 adults have gained a new life in the water. Comfort comes first. Pushing through fear maintains it. Prove yourself to be a born swimmer with us year round. Our learn-at-home tools teach useful information before you take lessons anywhere. Learn the Essentials, then Jump Off the Boat.
