At Big Waters Land Trust, we envision a future in which the human and natural worlds of Southwest Florida flourish together. To help bring this vision into reality, together with our conservation community we work every day to protect the land and water in Southwest Florida for the benefit of people and nature.

The Retreat’s picture-perfect setting on 84 acres of conservation land has quickly made the venue a premier choice for gatherings and events of all occasions and sizes such as weddings, graudations, corporate events, retreats, birthdays and more milestone events. Best of all, rental proceeds directly benefit Resilient Retreat, an innovative non-profit dedicated to empowering all people and organizations on their healing journeys through free, confidential, holistic programming. As the ‘venue that saves lives,’ The Retreat Sarasota is the natural choice, not only for a memorable event but also for taking care of our community.
