My Name is Ronda Gallehue. I specialize in Reformer Pilates and hold a STOTT PILATES Certification. The goal of our programming is to achieve optimal musculoskeletal performance (strength, flexibility and endurance) without risking injury or building bulk. Over time, the result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit and moves with ease. An introduction package is available for those new to the Reformer and/or the Studio. Christina Maria Gadar has the distinction of having been trained and certified directly by Joseph Pilates' protege, Romana Kryzanowska. Founded in 2000, Gadar Pilates offers both in-studio and virtual Pilates instruction. Gadar Pilates is the first (and only) 100% fully equipped Pilates studio in Sarasota, Florida. From the tiny 5-inch Toe Corrector apparatus all the way to the floor-to-ceiling Guillotine apparatus, the studio features the very best in Gratz brand equipment. In addition to teaching Pilates, Christina is the author of six Pilates books, the creator of the Pilates Animals Workout® for children, the founder of Open Access Pilates Archives for Pilates teachers and enthusiasts, and she is an international Pilates presenter.
